A transformative healer, educator, and strategic innovator who believes real change happens when we align our energy, values, and lived experience.

I work at the intersection of energy healing, teaching, design, and business to help people create meaningful, lasting shifts, in their lives, their work, and their communities. My approach is down-to-earth, intuitive, and practical, blending ancestral wisdom with modern strategy and deep respect for each person’s unique path.

I’m trained in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)® and Reiki (link to my lineage), and I work with the body’s energy to help you release old patterns, reconnect with your inner clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. Sessions are both grounding and expansive. Clients report feeling a deep inner calm post session.

As a college professor, business owner and an expert in user experience design, I’ve guided individuals through career growth and life transitions. I’ve also worked with well known household brands to help them connect with people based on how they think, feel, and engage. This dual background allows me to bridge education and structure, design and systems.
